Ingredients:

wine | 1½ oz pino noir (Farm to Table) | 1½ oz pino grigio (Pasqua) | 1½ oz rose (11 Minutes) |
liquor | ¾ oz brandy | ¾ oz Cointreau | ¾ oz Cointreau |
sweet | ¼ oz simple syrup | ¼ oz simple syrup | ¼ oz blue agave |
garnish | lemon, orange, green apple | lemon, strawberry, mint | orange, blueberry, sage |
bubbles | ½ oz soda water | ½ oz soda water | ½ oz prosecco |

Note: Try rum or gin instead of brandy for an alternate flavor profile; add fruit juice if desired
